Blue Raven Solar is looking for a high caliber individual who has experience in sales and managing a team. We expect our Appointment Setter Managers to set the example for our team by showing them how to work hard and how to set appointments. The position requires full-time work, scheduling appointments for homeowners to meet with our energy consultants going door to door.

Responsibilities
Setting the example for team members.
Working full-time
Knocking door to door
Assist in conducting trainings/team meetings
Train new team members
Make sure team is performing to Blue Raven standards
Assist in team incentives, events, and competitions
Required Skills

Management Experience (Training and working with new hires)

Compensation
Pay starts at $12hr once on the doors and bumps to $20hr after 5 appointments have been set.
Overrides are given depending on how well your team produces.
